All staff in our practice aim to give you the best service possible. If you feel that this has not happened we would like you to tell us about your concerns straight away to enable us to try to sort out the problems as quickly as possible. We have an in house complaints procedure that meets the national criteria for handling patient complaints about NHS services.
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible. Written complaints should be sent to Mrs Hulagur. Alternatively you can ask for an appointment with Mrs Hulagur to discuss your concerns face to face.
